What we do with your information.

Same approach here as everywhere else on this site: straight talk. When you fill out the homebuyer check, that information goes to John Bramley so he can follow up with you personally. It isn't sold, and there's no credit pull. Here's the full picture.

When you complete the homebuyer check or contact John directly, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and phone number, along with your answers about your military service, your homebuying goals, timing, the area you're looking in, and your general financial picture.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, and completing the check does not trigger a credit pull. Any hard details needed later in a real loan application are handled separately, with your consent, through Barrett Financial Group.

Your information is used so John and his South Carolina team can review your situation and reach out about your VA home loan options. We may use it to answer your questions, prepare information relevant to your goals, and stay in touch about your homebuying process. We don't use it for unrelated marketing you didn't ask for.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only where it's necessary to do what you asked:

With John Bramley and Barrett Financial Group, L.L.C., so your request can be reviewed and acted on. With service providers that help operate this site — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend) that carries the notification and confirmation messages. And where required by law, such as a valid legal request or to meet lending and licensing obligations.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled through reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send sensitive details like full account or Social Security numbers through the form.

You can ask us at any time to see what information we have, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the contact details below and we'll take care of it. If you reply to an email from John, you can opt out of further messages there as well.
